31  | 丁巳，詔：「淮南東路：揚州西路、廬州、江南東路、江寧府、西路洪州、湖南路潭州、浙東路越州、福建路福州，並兼本路兵馬鈐轄，就置禁軍駐泊禁軍三指揮，越州、福州置禁軍二指揮，其新招禁軍，以威果為額，請受如宣毅例，毎指揮毋得過四百人，逐路選甞歴任武臣二員為兵馬都監，浙東、福建路一員，並置公廨於本州，以専訓練，毋得差出，若招置不足，聽揀本路廂軍填之」。戊午，後宮周氏生皇第十女。初，董氏及周氏有娠，內外皆冀其生，皇子內侍省多具金帛噐皿雜物，以備賜予，所費不可勝紀。又修潛龍宮潛龍宫者，真宗為開封府尹時廨舎也，既而皆生皇女，其賜予之數，猶數倍於兖國公主出降時。 監察御史裏行沈起言：乞今後河北陜西等處擇人，充走馬承受，免使，勞擾州郡，詔令逐路管經略軍馬廵檢等司，今後走馬承受得替，令逐州軍保明，無違越事件以聞，方得酬奬。祠部郎中呂公孺，自戶部判官出為京西轉運使，御史中丞韓絳言：「公孺父夷簡，執政日，公孺兄公綽受四方賂遺，徃徃為公孺，恐喝奪之，又與公綽女姦，不可以任監司」。六月癸亥朔，降公孺知安州，公孺自訟為絳所誣，乞置獄考實，詔不許，趣令之官。 |
