35  | 己巳，宰臣富弼等請加尊號曰「大仁至治」，詔不許。故事，毎三嵗躬行大禮畢，輒受羣臣所加尊號，自康定以來罷之，至是，執政復舉故事以請，知諫院范師道言：「比災異數出，而崇尚虛文，非所以答天戒」。知制誥劉敞言：「尊號非古也，陛下尊號既云體天法道欽文聰武聖神孝徳，盡善極美矣，復加大仁，不足増光，而曰至治，則有若自矜，且今天下未可謂至治也。陛下不受徽號二十年，柰何一旦増虛名而損實徳？」上曰：「朕意亦謂如此」。故弼表五上，卒不許。敞時兼領禮部名表，當撰表辭，先勸弼以不宜爾，弼憮然曰：「適已奏聞，乃是上意欲爾，不可止也」。敞不得已，為撰五表，仍宻奏三䟽罷之，遣司封員外郎朱處約督江南西路兵，討䖍州鹽賊戴小八等，聚黨攻剽，殺䖍化知縣趙樞故也。 太子中允王陶、大理許事趙彥若、國子博學傅卞、於潛縣令孫洙，並為館閣編校書籍官，館閣編校書籍自此始。三館、秘閣凡八員，詔及二年者，選人京官，除館閣校勘，朝官除校理。陶，萬年人。卞，莒人。洙，廣陵人也。癸酉，詔諸路安撫、轉運、提㸃刑獄，各於所部舉見任文資行實敦樸而有政事之才，可備升擢者三人。前兩府臣僚許通舉內外官，其已帶職及見任兩府與自已親戚，毋得舉。 |
