15  | 甲戍鎮潼留後李端懿為寧逺節度使、知澶州。御史中丞韓絳言端懿無功，不當領旄鉞，乃以留後赴澶州。乙亥，户部判官、太常博士、集賢校理錢公輔知眀州。先是，牙前法以重難、積勞，差次三等，應格者聴指買酒場，然富者數得應格，而貧者以事繫留，日益困，應募者鮮，至闕額則役鄉户為之民，或竭産不足以償費，公輔乃取酒場官賣収錢，視牙前役輕重而償以錢，悉免鄉户，人皆便之，然酒場既収，無以酬牙，前舊勞輒預借省錢二十萬取而後奏，朝廷亦不加之罪也。丁丑，觀文殿學士、兼翰林侍讀學士、尚書左丞、提舉景靈宮田況為太子少傅致仕。 |
