17  | 壬午，汝州録事軍楊從簡為殿中丞致仕，特賜五品服，以從簡自契丹歸眀，守官二十年，無他過也。 三班院言：「奉詔看詳同勾當三班院楊畋所請諸路走馬承受，雖是使臣，縁預聞邊要主帥機宜公事，職任非輕，理當遴選，乞應中書制敕院、沿堂五院、樞宻院出職人，並依諸司人吏，更不預選走馬承受差遣，乞依畋請」。從之。舊制，東頭供奉官并諸司人吏臣僚家僕及伎術進納人等，並不許選諸路走馬承受。三月辛卯，詔城外四面廵檢，自今並選閤門祗候以上，嘗經外任親民而無贓私罪者為之。 |
