12  | 戊辰，太常丞、監察御史裏行王陶為右正言。諫院供職親事官夜入延福宫為盜，有司用疎決，以常盜論，陶言：「宮掖之嚴，而以民間為比，非所以尊天子也」。於是配海島，皇城司皆論罪，上自服藥以来，寡於語言，羣臣奏事，頷之而已，陶言：「王者之言，羣臣所禀，受以施於天下者也。今政事無大小，皆決於中書、樞宻，陛下一無所可否，豈為人主之道？」㦲又言：「皇嗣未立，宜擇宗子昭穆同者育之，以同列」。志趣不合，數請監靈仙觀，不許。 詔殿前馬步軍司，每三嵗将校轉員，其病老不任事者，先宻具名以聞。 |
