39  | 戊申，樞宻直學士、吏部郎中、權知開封府陳旭，以足疾，罷為右諫議大夫、同提㸃在京諸司庫務，樞宻直學士、禮部郎中、知泉州蔡襄為翰林學士、權知開封府，降右諌議大夫、權御史中丞韓絳知蔡州。初，絳彈奏宰臣富弼，且言張茂實人以為先帝子，而引用管軍，事宻難測，既而居家待罪，自言不敢復稱御史中丞，上遣中使召，不出，翌日，臺属官往勸之，乃出，又不秉笏，穿朝堂，知諫院唐介、右正言王陶、侍御史知雜事范師道、御史陳經、呂誨、裏行陳洙等，皆言：「茂實頃為狂卒誣詆，已經朝廷辨白，兼復用管軍，乃中書、宻院同議，人亦無間言。今絳茍欲以危法中傷人臣，而不知主無根之言，揺動衆聴，翻為朝廷不便，兼絳舉措顛倒，不足以表率百司」，故出之。 賜國子博士、新通判眀州趙至忠銀百兩、絹百匹，至忠數以契丹機宻事來獻故也。癸丑，以侍御史趙抃為右司諫、諫院供職。甲寅，以淮南江浙荊湖、福建等路提舉運鹽公事、職方員外郎朱處仁為屯田郎中。時新置運鹽司，處仁嵗滿當遷官，已除祠部郎中，命未下，而處仁自援例請改名曹，故奪而下遷之。 |
