58  | 戊午，詔自今刑部詳覆官，依大理寺詳斷，檢法官歲滿與家便知縣一任，囘與同判。己未，祠部貟外郎、知制誥程琳為諫議大夫、權御史中丞。宰相張知白最器琳，當除命，喜曰：「不辱吾筆矣！」琳上䟽請罷土木營造，蠲被災郡縣逋租。 先是，詔選能吏治畿縣，太常博士漢陽張錫知東明始至，令其下曰：「吾所治者三而已：彊恃力富，恃貲刑，恃贖者，吾所先也」。歲終，遂以治迹聞。樞宻直學士李及薦錫材堪御史，上曰：「李及清謹人，未嘗妄有所舉，此可信也」。即命錫為監察御史。 |
