70  | 丙申，滑州言塞决河畢。是日旬休，上與太后特御承明殿，召輔臣諭曰：「河决累年，一旦復故道，皆卿等經畫力也」。王曽等再拜稱賀，詔速第修河臣僚勞効以聞。 作靈順廟於新隄之側。是月，翰林侍講學士、刑部侍郎孫奭奏：「臣有孫男四人，雍、雄、維、雅，即今並是右班殿直。竊聞近敕，今後文官，只許奏䕃文資。臣之四孫，雖是條貫以前奏䕃，其如尚屬㓜稚，虛請俸錢，幸處公朝，實不遑息。欲望並與改無料錢京官，所冀克遵明詔，不墜素風」。詔從之。十一月丁酉朔，名滑州新脩埽曰天臺埽，以其近天臺山麓故也。 陜西體量安撫王㳂等言：京兆府旱蝗，乞減長安等四縣秋稅十之三，咸陽等九、縣十之二。從之。戊戍，廢許州單鎮牧馬監。 |
