13  | 王䝉正為荊南駐泊都監，挾太后姻横肆，知府李若谷繩以法，議事多異同，轉運使王碩具奏，頗佑䝉正，戊申，徙若谷知潭州。荊南士族元甲，恃䕃屢犯法，若谷杖之曰：「吾代父兄訓子弟爾」。洞庭有宿賊數邀賈船，殺人投湖水，毎捕獲，以所殺尸漂沒無可驗，輙貸死，𨽻他州，既而逃歸，復攻刼，若谷以術擒致，磔於市，自是湖中少冦，鄜延路部署張遵等言：「準詔，緣邊內附人盡遣還夏州，然蕃戶頗衆，恐忽生驚疑，反致邊患，欲諭令漸歸，如不願者亦聽」。詔可。 罷瓊州歲貢瑇瑁、鼊皮、紫貝。庚戌，上謂輔臣曰：「知州同判，民之表也。今審官院一以名次用人，可乎？」王曽曰：「不次用人，誠足以勸羣吏，然須更為選任之法乃可也」。 |
