49  | 己巳，樞宻直學士、右諫議大夫程琳為給事中、權知開封府，冦瑊卒，命琳代之。王䝉正子齊雄捶老卒死，妻與子以病告，乞母騐屍，琳察其辭色異，令有司騐劾，得捶死狀，䝉正連姻太后家，太后因琳對曰：「齊雄非殺人者，乃其奴，嘗捶之耳」。琳曰：「奴無自専理，且使令與巳犯同」。太后默然，遂論如法。外戚吳氏離其夫李咸熈，而挈其女姪歸，咸熈訴府，琳命還，女吳氏曰：「已納宮中矣」。琳即請於帝，且曰：「臣不言，恐諍臣有以議陛下者」。帝亟命出之。 詔出內蔵庫絹六十萬下河北折糴軍儲，自三等而上，戶計其稅一石者糴五斗。 |
