5  | 乙丑，命知制誥宋敏求、看詳减省銀臺司文字，都官員外郎王庭筠、太常博士、集賢校理劉瑾、殿中丞朱温。其、著作佐郎錢長卿曽布、前河西縣令杜純，並為編敕刪定官。庭筠嘗奏疏稱頌王安石所定謀殺刑名，而溫其素為王安石檢法，贊成其事者也。溫其，介休人。布，鞏弟。純，鄄城人。 給度僧牒五百付秦鳯路經畧使李師中，言制置招納蕃部及募敢死士，須金帛以備支費，三司乞賜銀絹各五千，上批：銀絹必不免科散坊郭戶，乃以度僧牒賜之。丙寅，遼主遣永州觀察使耶律寛、衛尉少卿程冀，其母遣懐徳軍節度使蕭禧、太常少卿張冀來賀同天節丁。邜以新及第進士葉祖洽為大理評事，上官均、陸佃為兩使職官，張中、程堯佐為初等職官，第六人以下為判、司、主簿或尉，第三甲并諸科同出身，並守選。仍命翰林學士范鎮、龍圖閣直學士張掞同吏部流內銓注擬。 罷全州嵗貢斑竹簾，給度僧牒五百，付兩浙轉運司，分賜經水災及民田，薄收州軍，召人納米或錢，賑濟飢民。 國信所言：「賀同天節遼使至臨清驛，有契丹廸烈子伊爾根夜刺同宿契丹，死者四人，傷者十二人，除孝贈錢絹外，餘未敢支賜」。詔：「傷死者更給對見生餼、節衣、朝辭例物等，如病死者例，其廸烈子伊爾根亦凖此。給如死，亦以孝贈賜之」。 |
