34  | 丙子，詔：廣南東路經略司，指揮諸州長吏，如得西路闗報，或探交趾事，却當闗報前路州軍者，不得下司，並親書寫，經畧司，即令管勾機宜官書寫，毋得漏泄。仍闗牒本路監司凖此」。 詔：「安南兵馬非久出界，宜有以振作士氣，昨任起等攻賊界玉山寨，功雖不大，然首能奮擊，其得功人可倍推賞訖奏，仍布告將士，使聞知」。 上批：「聞秦州制勘院，多逮繫熈河路官員，今本路都副總管既新移易，或方在道，萬一有邊事，乃是都無人倚托，必重貽朝廷憂，顧可速議指揮」。中書、樞密院請令制勘院見禁繋熈河路官員，徒以下罪狀已明，即發遣歸本任，有因追禁闕官處，委轉運司於本路及鄰路選差得替，待闕見任官權管勾，從之。 賜綾錦院堧地為樞宻五房院，以都承㫖司言邊奏有緩急，而諸房吏散居舊城內外，徃來囘逺，或漏泄事機，且不可以應猝故也。 上批：「開封府界諸縣遭旱人戸所納秋色苗稅，可第等疾速量與蠲減」。 |
