14  | 庚子，詔殿前、馬歩軍司，應西界人先𨽻軍籍者，具名以聞。初，夏州人韓懐亮，更名福，為神衞軍士，樞宻院慮刺探朝廷機事，乃下開封府鞫狀，而福自元昊未叛時內附，𨽻神衞軍破白豹城有功，補承局，非元昊所使刺事者，詔特遷一資，仍令察捕諜人之在京城者，而降是詔。辛丑，詔：「陜西用兵以來，本路所入稅賦及內庫所出，并留兩川上供金帛，不可勝計，而猶軍儲未備，宜令逐路都部署司經置營田，以助邉費」。 |
