20  | 乙夘以權鹽鐡判官、侍御史蕭定基、祠部員外郎、集賢校理、判户部勾院王琪，並提舉計度江南東西、荊湖南北路鹽酒公事。琪言四路民間鹽不足，酒課嵗不登，請與定基俱往，尋復命制置、發運使楊告兼計度利害，琪言大禧初，嘗以荊湖鹽估髙，詔斤減三錢或二錢，自後利入寖損，請復舊估，可嵗増緡錢四萬，許之。制置司又言比年河流淺涸，漕運艱阻，糜費益甚，請量増江淮、兩浙、荊湖六路糴鹽錢，下三司議，三司奏荊湖已嘗増錢，餘四路三十八州軍，請斤増三錢或四錢，詔俟河流通運復故，既而制置司又置轉般倉於江州，益漕船及傭客舟以還，因請六路五十一州軍，斤増五錢。自是鹽酒課嵗増三十萬六千餘緡。 賜秦州小洛門采造務及延州修三闗城役卒緡錢。 |
