6  | 己卯，翰林侍讀學士、判太常寺呂公著提舉崇福宮，從所請也。上始欲令公著歸朝，公著以病辭，王安石因言：「公著既誣韓琦，欲舉晉陽之甲，乃自諱匿，云未嘗言」。其意恐公著復用，故力排之。 詔京西路提㸃刑獄、庫部郎中賈青、賛善大夫李孝純，並奪一官，與小處差遣，坐募役方行，奏稱所募人已足，司農覆案不實，及擅増科役錢也。 |
| 22 | 戊寅，詔自今河州簽判，中書選差。又詔：「應品官有犯案察之官，不遵詔敕，擅行追禁，或勒令觧務。閣其請給，自今並劾罪以聞」。 權發遣䕫州路轉運判官曾阜罷兼提舉常平等事，以判司農寺曾布親嫌故也。己卯，詔：「自今察訪諸路回，條具所至知州、通判治狀。其轉運、提㸃、刑獄、提舉司，每知州、通判得替前一月，亦具治狀上中書，委檢正官注籍，待制以上不用此令」。 王安石進呈河北謀變事，上以為河北人愚，東南人，即難誘，合以此事立保甲後，此事或少可絶，安石曰：「民所以多僻以散故也，故曰上失其道，民散乆矣。保甲立，則亦所以使民不散，不散則姦宄固宜少」。庚辰，翰林學士陳繹為翰林侍讀學士、知鄧州，繹以疾自請也。 |
