13  | 癸巳，秦鳯路縁邊安撫司言，乞乗春築康樂城及作耳朶闗，從之。 詔兩省以上致仕官，毋得因大禮用子升朝敘封遷官。先是，王安石言：「中書失檢舊例，誤放行，李端愿、李東之敘封，當改正」。上曰：「如此則獨不被恩」。安石曰：「敘封初無義理，今既未能遽革，豈可更承誤遂為例？如三公三師官乃因郊恩子孫敘授，尤非宜」。上從之。甲午，詔提舉陜西路常平等事沈披降一官，送審官東院，坐前為兩浙路提舉官，開常州，五㵼堰不當也。初，法寺言披已去官，及㑹赦罪，當釋之，上曰：「壊田八百頃，民被害者衆，豈可以去官赦降之哉？」 涇州將官賈昌言、景思立各罰銅十斤，廵敎指使衝替堂，引試日所部兵武藝不精故也。 |
