9  | 戊申，檢正中書吏房公事、太常丞、館閣校勘蒲宗孟，荊湖南路提刑、館閣校勘朱初平，太子中允、充館閣校勘陳侗，並為集賢校理。 詔：「洮、岷州山林深險，糧道難繼，而河州方興兵役，宜令王韶依累詔指揮，詳度事幾，務在持重，仍戒張玉、髙遵裕等，毋得深入」。先是，王韶奏：「欲於河州未築城以前，招定洮岷，今轄烏察兵未解，階成，秦州縁邉皆恐，且兵不得休息，不如及今討蕩，自不妨河州之舉」。僉以為不可。時韶并與王安石書言之，安石曰：「若深入討蕩，恐難。今洮、岷聚兵久，師已老，吾以見兵加之，必潰散，即階、成、秦一帶皆安帖，且自不妨河州之舉，但當戒韶以詳審也」。上亦以為然，乃令依韶奏，戒以詳審而已。 |
