7  | 乙未，徙太子中允、權發遣開封府推官王欽臣為羣牧判官，仍罰銅八斤。坐知開封府陳繹出禱雨，而欽臣擅判辭狀，繹劾奏故也。 禮院言：「皇第四子無品秩，今葬永安縣，欲依故事用一品禮」。從之。 都水監言河流變徙，乞令䟽濬司因今河勢䟽濬，詔外監丞司及程昉同相度，合䟽濬處分，上下両節䟽濬。 手詔：「聞陳、潁州蝗蝻所在蔽野，初無官司督捕，致重複孳生，自飛蝗已降，大小凡十餘等，雖自此漸得雨澤，麥種亦未敢下，蓋懼苗出即為所食，根亦隨壊，若至秋深，播種失時，則來嵗夏田又無望矣，公私之間，實非細故，其令京西北路監司、提舉司嚴督官吏，速去除之，仍具析不督捕因依以聞」。 詔河北路諸縣弓手，依河東路留十五人或二十人充白直外，餘以上畨保甲充數。 |
