16  | 辛巳，河東路體量程之才言：「河東和糴之法，獨異諸路，民間所輸一石，纔及和市一斗之直，乞以嵗給和糴之數減一分外，以九分均入兩稅，更不給和糴價錢」。中書言：「近奉詔檢前後言，和糴文字立法，河東和糴患在數多，及貧富戶所出不均，若欲減數，即須本路年計別有所出，若欲均，即須先體量見今不均次第，當如何均定，今欲令本路安撫監司、提舉司同體量相度，然後選官覆行相度，立法取㫖」。從之。 詔淮南路常平司於二麥豐熟州軍及時兌糴出散，不得積留，以致陳壞。 提舉淮南常平等事王子京言：「提舉開修運鹽河自泰至如臯縣，共一百七十餘里，日役人夫二萬九千餘」。癸未，西頭供奉官、閤門祗候蘇子元為將作監丞，令持服，從其請也。 |
