18  | 甲午，成都府、利州路安撫司言，「知霸州董永錫疾病，乞以牌印付長子孝忠。本司己依例給帖，令權管勾。乙未，詔：「安南道行營戰棹都監楊從先所總兵甲，既不過海洋，宜令悉取招討司處分，其空名宣劄及節制朝㫖，並令送招討司」。 中書言：「近置南平軍以無屬縣，割涪州隆化縣𨽻之，其知軍奏舉選人改官，欲依信安軍例舉一員」。從之。 詔使臣己試換文資者，毋得復換武。 詔：「制勘熈河路結糴欠負，聞有事連本路兵官，慮欲希功贖過，令經畧司覺察正約，毋致引惹生事」。 權永興軍等路轉運使皮公弼奏：「本路以荐飢減放租賦而賑貸之，餘已無幾，今軍儲乏甚，乞借次年所得鹽額錢，乘此嵗豐糴買芻粟」。於是中書奏：「欲借來年所合出鹽鈔、糴買，其來年鈔宜更不出」。從之。 |
