27  | 丙辰，中書言：「先差范子淵提舉疏濬黃河，李公義勾當公事，公義乞且用船五十隻、鐡龍爪五十副，役兵四百，疏濬大河中流，令水行地中，起北京至海口，驗一過之功。今已一年有餘，未嘗案驗，欲令都水監遣官檢覆，兼子淵疏濬所亦恐用人船官屬太多，皆未嘗案驗，欲令都水監遣官就覆驗，可與不可裁減以聞」。從之。戊午，駕部員外郎、知都水監丞霍翔提舉疏濬汴河。詔廣南西路依五路例賜衣襖，以方討交阯特恩也。辛酉，詔自今應干買馬事，並樞宻院施行。 詔：「應不教閲路，分保正、大小保長，並三年一替，不願替者聼。內都副保正，如保內第三等以上無堪選戸，許以次選差」。乙丑，占城願以兵助討交賊」。詔坐使人所乞，令學士院別降敕書。 又詔：安南宣撫招討總管司，應四路宣布德澤安撫軍民等事屬宣撫司、謀猷機策等事，屬經畧招討司、行營將校軍馬等事，屬都總管司徃來文字，並相闗牒。上聞郭逵與趙卨不相能，故有是詔。丙寅，廣西經畧司言，武侯峒叚惟誠歸明，詔惟誠與三班借職。 贈皇城使、逵州團練使、帯御器械程昉為耀州觀察使，官其二子，賜宅一區，以昉任水事有功，特恩也。昉挾王安石勢，多所陵慢，後安石覺其虛誕，疎之，昉以憂死。丁卯，詔河北東路轉運司：「民訴旱災已出限，乞減放稅，今既過時，何以體量，可見實災傷分數，令具析以聞」。戊辰，廣南西路轉運判官周沃，乞令廣東指揮舟船廻日於本路州軍㸃檢，催促徑赴邕州，計置糧草入峒。詔送糧草司相度施行訖以聞。 |
