8  | 己巳，吏部言：「諸色人援引舊例僥倖入官者甚衆，小不如意，則經御史臺、登聞鼓院訴理。若不約束，竊恐入流太冗。請今後諸色工匠、舟人、技藝之類，初無法合入官者，雖有勞績，並止比類，隨功力小大支賜，其已前未經酬奬者，亦如之，則僥倖之路塞，而賞不至濫」。從之。 户部言：「准勑，都大提舉清河輦運司依舊以廣濟河都大管勾催遣輦運司為名，今相度應官司渉輦運司職事，並用申狀，仍許按舉」。從之。 荆湖南路安撫轉運司言：「准勑相度卲州弩手上畨事，今蒔竹縣、臨口等寨鋪管內溪峒人戶，近方歸眀，蠻性未馴，乞依舊輪差弩手防托」。從之。 |
