乙丑，夏國主秉常卒。此據舊録。秉常傳，其卒乃七月十日也。政目十月十六日，故夏國主秉常嗣子乾順奏，父於七月十日薨。新録因春約勒阿拉雅賽入見，遂繫之八日，誤矣，今不取入。丙寅，遼國遣使保安軍節度耶律純嘏，副使太中大夫、守崇祿卿、充乾文閣待制呂嗣立，來賀坤成節。　是日，七月十一，始頒甲寅詔書去，「言者勿復彈劾」六字，臺諫累有論列故也。六月二十八日胡宗愈云云可考。丁卯，中大夫、直龍圖閣李之純為戶部侍郎，尋改集賢殿修撰、河北路都轉運使。二十八日癸未，改集撰、都漕，必有縁由，當考。本傳亦不載先除戶侍。提㸃河北路刑獄唐義問為本路轉運副使，朝奉大夫穆衍為金部員外郎，正月十二日，衍措置熙河財利。朝請大夫孫路為陜西轉運判官。正月十二日，同穆衍措置財用。李公裕誌路墓云：「夏人冦鎮戎之境，屠掠稍衆，而諸寨避譴，不以實聞。朝廷疑之，以委路，路徙諸寨官，躬自訪問，得所匿二千人。乞優賜厚貸，撫恤其家，使知朝廷之恩，邊人大悅」。　戶部言：「臣僚論李琮於江南、兩浙、淮南輙增常賦，按琮既降黜，而均認税數，已行改正。其元根究稅官議難推賞，已賞者，令吏部追奪」。從之。十月二十八日王覿奏。
