9  | 辛丑，密州觀察使、檢校司空、駙馬都尉張敦禮磨勘為武勝軍留後。 尚書省言：「减六曹迂枉，事受急速者，限畫時，餘次時付諸房，如遇夜，非急速者，次日辰時，六房受制書，應行下，急速者，限三時，遇夜，次日已時，非急速者，次日未時及本省受內降，已有御札指揮者，事大者，依元送中書省取㫖，事小及急速者，止尚書省具聖㫖劄子，或批狀行下訖奏知，仍關門下、中書省照㑹，即礙條，於事未便者，自當執奏」。從之。 監察御史孫升言：「近降朝㫖，紏察在京刑獄司，𨽻御史臺省察、開封府奏斷公案，乞許取索」。詔開封府徒罪已上公案，依奏許取索。壬寅，詔內人張氏嘗侍皇帝藩邸日，讀書勤謹，特以為典賛夫人。 明堂禮儀使司言：「今左僕射免侍祠攝事，合以右僕射誓百官於朝堂，門下侍郎誓宗室於太廟，刑部尚書於朝堂涖誓，刑部侍郎於太廟涖誓」。從之。太常寺言：「自來大禮，行事、執事官並服祭服，非祠祭，行事官並服朝服。至元豐七年，呂升卿請行事及陪祠官並服祭服，今看詳應行事、執事百官合並服祭服，所有賛引皇帝行事、禮儀使、太常卿、太常博士、閤門使、樞密院官進接圭，殿中監，縁係供奉皇帝，其陪位官，止係導駕押宿及管勾事務，并他處行事官，並合依舊服朝服」。從之。 |
