14  | 丙午，以邈川首領結約特為三班奉職，結約特位次溫錫沁，統衆五千。嘗遣蕃部策凌出漢報果莊築洮州城事，為鄂特凌古所得，慮謀泄，領妻子歸順，故有是命。 朝請大夫、權陜西轉運判官孫路言：「修築蘭州西關堡畢，客省使、榮州團練使、知蘭州王文郁等，望優賜推恩」。詔孫路、王文郁支賜銀絹各一百匹兩，降敕書奨諭走馬承受以下，各以等第減年磨勘，敢勇壕寨賜銀絹有差。 禮部、國子監言上善齋學生虞承於元豐元年中，曽告論太學升補事，請特賜屏斥，從之。 詔：「西平州武勝軍都統制韋公意，許依西南龍羅方石張蕃例，五年一貢，以七十人為額。貢物止納宜州計直恩賞、館劵、回賜、供給、犒設等，並凖石蕃例」。從廣南西路經畧司請也。 又詔：「河北保甲投充在京上四軍，如呈試弓弩不合格者，許令再試，不中及不願者揀填次軍。丁未，詔依汝州所請，強盜三人以上，許權依重法地分，仍令刑部候盜賊衰息，奏取㫖。 |
