乙亥，詔：「雪寒異于常嵗，民多死者，宜加存恤，給以錢穀，若無親屬收瘞，則官為塟之」。　罷內殿承制至差使試換文資法，舊錄云：「元豐中，嵗聽武臣以藝業詞賦乞試取其中格者，因所長而用之，至是罷去」。新錄辨曰：「法未嘗不善，人自撓之耳，武臣得以藝業列寘文階，待之至厚，久則請託之風行，僥倖之弊生焉，故不得不革，非有他也，史官之言合刪去」。元符元年十月二十一日、三年四月二十六日，當考。編錄冊：都省送下，元祐二年十一月二十九日，勅中書省、尚書省送到白劄子：「檢㑹元豐令，內殿承制至差使，願換文資者，聽召保投進，乞試。又條：有官人，並許應舉勘㑹內殿承制至差使，自來依參選人例，止試斷案刑統大義，時或議比換文資看詳，武臣自有鎻應條貫，欲今後不許毎年試換文資」。十一月二十七日，三省同奉聖㫖：依。丙子，詔以雪寒促决見囚。
