辛未，正議大夫、守門下侍郎韓維為資政殿大學士、知鄧州。新、舊錄並書御史論維多除用親屬，故罷，獨不載御史姓名。按論維多除用親屬，有吕陶章疏可考，然當時罷，維乃専坐口陳、范百祿過惡，而不具文字。呂公著家傳載呂大防家所藏御札并曽肇奏議載其事甚詳，不知舊錄何故都不取，而新錄又因之。　左司員外郎王覿為侍御史，侍御史杜純為右司郎中。御史中丞胡宗愈言純頗僻深，刻無學術，進不由科第，用法狥私，乞罷其侍御史」。執政力為純辨，而中㫖令與覿更任。宗愈又言純諂附韓絳，乃出知相州。純知相州在二十八日，今并書之。執政為純辨，據宗愈傳。　朝奉大夫、直龍圖閣、知河中府葉康直知秦州。元年十一月二十四日，初自陜西運副除直龍知秦州，曽肇繳還。十二月六日，蘇轍再繳。今年二月二十八日罷之，六月二十八日改除小龍河中，今更授秦州。　樞密院以邊事未息，合要康定、慶厯以來，河東、陜西用兵典故，請借仁宗朝實錄，候邊事息日送還袐書省，從之。新無。
