12  | 乙丑，命翰林學士蘇軾權知禮部貢舉，吏部侍郎孫覺、中書舎人孔文仲同知貢舉，天下進士凡四千七百三十二人，並即太學試焉。 詔京西路廂軍以三萬三千五百人為額，從兵部所定也。丙寅，詔陜西河東經畧司，審察歸順蕃衆，有單獨及反側可疑之人，即分徙近郡。又詔陜西、河東出界總兵官，奏功必具還塞，人數及亡失所因不出界，即賊退，見管人數凖此」。 樞密院言：「夏賊逆命，不修職貢，繼而舉國大犯涇原，狼狽空回，諸路牽制，斬獲亦多，度其姦心，必圖再舉，尚不聞諸路探報到，舉措次第，觀其謀，但外則示弱，為款我之計，內則隂集，潛俟和暖，直來奔衝，竊慮失於探候，有弛隄備」。詔陜西、河東逐路經畧司，嚴戒邊将及城寨官，募人探伺，先知所向常若㓂至，過為之備。朝議大夫趙偁為戶部郎中。丁夘，西南石蕃進奉人，特令門見。 增梓州路克寜廂軍八百人，從轉運司請也。 侍御史王覿奏「蘇軾去冬學士院試館職䇿題，自謂借漢以喻今也，其借而喻今者，乃是王莽、曹操等簒國之難易，搢紳見之，莫不驚駭。軾習為輕浮，貪好權利，不通先王性命道徳之意，専慕戰國縱橫捭闔之術，是故見於行事者，多非理義之中，發為文章者，多出法度之外，此前日䇿題，所以虧損國體，而震駭羣聽者，非偶然過失也，軾之意自以為當如此爾！臣見軾胷中頗僻，學術不正，長於辭華而暗於義理，若使久在朝廷，則必立異妄作，以為進取之資，巧謀害物，以快喜怒之氣，朝廷或未欲深罪軾，即宜且與一郡，稍為輕浮躁競之戒」。 |
