5  | 元祐三年十二月乙亥，樞宻院言：「荊湖北路羅家蠻劫掠財物，焚燒屋宇，申訴多不受理，上下隠蔽，將來減退兵將，糧道恐難通行，詳前此唐義問累奏移廢城寨已畢，而蠻情不能上戴寛恩，輙敢侵犯不已，若不隨宜討殺，則必倣傚，轉難處置，欲令唐義問及程節，疾速具析申奏，及措置之，因如諸處蠻尚敢潜伏屯結，即選兵將官討捕，仍告諭歸明團峒蠻人，勿令動揺驚擾」。從之。 宮苑副使胡田，知沅州，六宅使時定，充荊湖北路都監，駐泊辰州，俟蠻事息日奏裁，仍令體度新堡寨蠻情，以時廵遏，存問首領之人。丙子，遼國遣使長寜軍節度使耶律廸。副使、中散大夫、守太常少卿、充史館修撰鄧中舉，來賀興龍節。己卯，詔宗室在式假興龍節，許易金帯上夀。庚辰，樞宻院言：「歸明人給田舊條，如堪耕種田不足，給戶絶田，元祐田令，堪耕種田，不足，給常平田，緣常平田止是人户抵當塲務折納等田土，數目不多」。詔添入常平田不足，給戶絶田。 |
