11  | 庚戌，樞宻院言：「赴任、替移官，經過無接送人者，遇道路艱阻，量差軍人護送，其不應差而差并受差者，各以違制論，即雖合差，而輒將帶過，及官司令帶過者，亦凖此」。從之。 中書省言：「參立太皇太后、坤成節、皇太后生辰、輦官、車子官，健等，與轉一資，職名已髙而無資可轉者，賜錢三十貫。副指揮以上五十貫。若特與管勾文字、掌表奏等人，白身充三班借職，或有官人轉一官，並一名當二人。皇后、生辰、皇太妃、生辰、翰林司、工匠、輦官等，與轉一資，無資可轉凖上法。若特與掌牋奏書表司或本宅勾當人，白身充大将，已係大將與三班借補，並一名當二人」。從之。先是，上批：「太皇太后、皇太后殿有特恩與管勾文字掌牋表人者，以諸色人二人充當一名，使輕重適當」。至是，中書立法。 |
