11  | 丙辰，左朝散大夫、權知福州柯述言：「率在州官吏赴新修社稷壇習儀，覩日光重輪，其一圍日而五色，其二承日而純黃。 先是，太史奏五月朔，日當食六分，給事中朱光庭上疏，請修徳應變，樞密院奏事已，韓忠彥進曰：「昨十五日，月當食，隂雲不見，足以彰聖徳」。王巖叟曰：「竊知五月朔日當食，日食與月食不同，自古聖人極以為重，詩云：彼月而食，則維其常。此日而食，于何不臧？人君覩天變，要當恐懼修省」。忠彦曰：「視朔宜且罷，仍只從中指揮」。巖叟曰：「兩漢多因日食下詔及羣臣所上章疏，若宣諭講讀官，令具錄進入，陛下試閱之，宜有益於聖徳」。後二日，太皇太后諭三省曰：「五月日食，可降詔罷朝㑹」。劉摯曰：「尚書省方欲契勘進呈也」。 |
