7  | 甲午，朝獻景靈宮。 正字宋匪躬為秘閣校理，乙未，詔尚書左丞蘇頌撰皇后冊文并書，丙申，詔：「宗室祖免親叅選，常許不拘名次路分，陳乞指占差遣一次，並替任滿闕，初任並與監當，須職事幹集，操守修飭。有監司或長官，同保明與親民。內選人與録事參軍，即別有縣令。舉主二員，內一員職司，仍通注縣令。其無保明者，並依外官條例」。從尚書省所請也。丁酉，幸凝祥池、中太一宫、上清儲祥宫、大相國寺，還御宣徳門，召從臣觀燈，他日，三省樞宻院奏事，邇英，呂大防言：「元夕晴霽，逰人甚樂」。上亦曰：「且得晴霽」。大防曰：「雖人主逰幸，本是為民」。韓忠彥曰：「為民祈福爾」。蘇轍曰：「為細民經紀」。大防曰：「如唐時供帳排辦皆出於京兆，京兆，皆取於民，自祖宗以來，並令官中應辦，以此見祖宗愛民之意」。王巖叟曰：「累次進讀祖宗愛民之事，陛下必一一在聖意，所謂非茍知之，亦允蹈之。今陛下既已知之，願陛下常存之於心，思所以力行之，則祖宗之美，復在陛下」。上嘉納之。 |
