5  | 元祐七年秋七月癸未，孟秋朝獻，以雨，命執政官分獻。丙戍三省言：「已令轉運司計置麟、府、豐五年之糧，今秋成有望，慮近裏州軍封樁錢穀，難以兊移」。詔除側近州軍錢糧兊移外，令戶部支封樁錢銀共一百萬應副。丁亥，詔：「諸獄案內有駮勘及合取單狀，或議稟刑名而定斷未得者，並大理所斷刑名未當合退送者，其同案不相干礙之人，並先次定斷」。 |
