22  | 癸酉，尚書省言：「昨勘㑹官員因恩賞與占射差遣者到部，凡在選乆待名次之人，皆被陞壓，有及一二年已上未到注授者，慮亦有可減，與別等恩例，送吏部子細參照，申初謂占射差遣亦或可減與別等恩例，仍為事不當得此酬奬，或已得轉官循資而涉僥倖者，即與刪削，或與改授指射陞名之類，非謂必欲全罷占射，今吏部一例改換減年磨勘，卻是歲增轉官䕃補請給，本部四選，合再行看詳」。從之。 尚書省言：「訪聞諸路兵夫，多被姦惡之人，以貸賣熟食為名，隂加屠害，其部轄官司地分干繫人，又以弊源深逺，刑名至重，不切擒捕，只以逃走為名，致無由究治，縁未有特立告捕賞罰専條，其本縣令、佐及部轄兵夫官司并地分人同隊兵夫等，亦各未有覺察賞罰連坐之法，合付刑部立法」。從之。甲戌，都水使者呉安持為太僕卿。乙亥，左朝散大夫、權發遣河北路轉運副使葉伸落發遣字。是月，直龍圖閣、知秦州吕大忠，加寳文閣待制再任。 |
