12  | 丁酉，詔：「旱暵為災，减膳責躬，修勤缺政，以祈消復，尚慮尚書六曹，有四方牒訴、奏請文字，或賞罰難眀，或民情有寃，廢置未決，郎官怠扵省覧，吏人茍逃日限，非理沮難不行，使抱寃之人，無所赴愬。宜差御史中丞傅堯俞、右司郎中杜紘、殿中侍御史孫升赴吏部，侍御史王巖叟、右司員外郎孫覺、監察御史韓川赴户部，給事中張問、監察御史上官均赴禮部，左司郎中韓宗道、監察御史張舜民赴兵部，右諫議大夫梁燾、左司郎中范純禮、殿中侍御史吕陶赴刑部，右司諫王覿、監察御史張舜民赴工部㸃檢，自去年正月至年終承受到文字，抽索事祖行遣次第，子細看詳，其間有執文害事，不近人情者，并元條刪改，其勘當住滯者，促令結絶，其指揮不當及非理問難，鹵莽判收者，亦許牒本部，再與詳究施行。其元行吏人，情輕者且與原罪，重者特行懲責，令結絶三省樞宻院審度行下」。用范純仁之言也。堯俞以前任吏部侍郎，乞換別曹，詔與梁燾對換，尋詔堯俞勿差。 鎮江軍節度使、開府儀同三司韓絳言：「䝉㤙除充集禧觀使，臣去冬乆在病告陳，乞致仕，嘗奉宻㫖，令候過先帝大祥，從臣所請，乃是已有成命，伏望曲賜矜恤，特依已降宻㫖，除臣致仕」。詔韓絳到京日，且令休息，候稍任拜起，方許朝見，所乞致仕，宜降詔不允。 |
