13  | 辛亥，京東安撫司言：「青州益都進士蘓丕，天聖五年嘗至禮部，自後絶意進取四十餘年，今七十六嵗，乞以丕合該恩澤，賜一處士名目」。詔賜丕號安退處士。壬子，詔罷入閤儀。先是，翰林學士承旨王珪等言：「謹案入閤者，乃唐隻日紫宸殿受常朝之儀也，唐紫宸與今同，而唐宣政殿即今文徳殿。唐制，天子坐朝，必立仗於正衙，若止御紫宸，即喚正衙仗自宣政殿東西閤門入，故謂之入閤。五代以來，廢正衙立仗之制，今閤門所載入閤儀者，止是唐常朝之儀，非為盛禮，不可遵行」。故罷之。 江淮等路發運使薛向言：「上供米六百二十萬石，見已裝發，其吕募客綱所運二十六萬餘石，入京已過元額，乞理充来年嵗計之數」。從之。 工部尚書致仕李兊卒。 |
