7  | 戊午，判太常寺樞宻直學士陳襄，崇政殿說書、同修起居注、太子中允、集賢校理黃履，太常博士、集賢校理李清臣。秘書丞、集賢校理王存，詳定郊廟奉祀禮文。太常寺主簿、秘書丞楊完。御史臺主簿、著作佐郎何洵直。國子監、直講、宻縣令孫諤，充檢討官。先是，手詔：「講求郊廟奉祀，禮文訛舛，宜令太常寺置局，仍差定禮官數員，及許辟除官屬，討論歴代沿革，以考得失」。故命襄等。 皇城使、達州刺史、入內副都知蘓利渉為海州團練使。時利涉校年，止當遷官，而詔以利渉逮事先朝藩邸，故特有是命，減併陳留捧日、天武第七軍第一武騎帯甲剩員，亳州第一，龍衛帯甲剩員，陳留第一，亳州第二，尉氏驍猛，第二，南京雄威，第八，咸平雄勇第二、第三，鄆州第五，許州第六，管城第七，白馬第八，總十三指揮，每軍止各置一指揮，並以五百人為額，餘數聽額外收管。 經制熈河路邊防財用，乞封樁息錢，以備朝廷移用，如鑄錢、鹽井之類，與轉運司錢本相干者，並以熈寧九年為額，本司認數撥還。從之。 |
