14  | 庚午，詔屯田郎中、前知洺州萬賾除落差替，令河北西路提㸃刑獄韓宗道，具析體量賾違慢詔條不實因依以聞。初，宗道奏賾奉行條法有違，而賾自列辨正，朝廷知其無罪也。其後，宗道以體量不當，罰銅十觔。辛未，命度支員外郎、秘閣校理、同修起居注、檢正中書戸房公事安燾假左諫議大夫、史館修撰，為髙麗國信使。著作佐郎、集賢校理、同知太常禮院林希假右正言、直昭文館副之。先是，權知髙麗國王王徽比年遣使朝貢，上嘉其勤誠，待遇良厚，故遣燾等使其國。 詔：「河北東路縁邉軍留糧三年，餘州軍留二年支遣外，其餘聽依市直，量減價糶，毋損元價，其錢封樁，候嵗豐糴入元數」。 詔成都府路轉運司劾成都府官司越職受理茶場司事者，茶園戶等，如有罪，亦劾之，已決者具析以聞。以李稷言知成都府劉庠受名山知縣楊少逸越訴事，不可提舉茶場司故也。初，少逸因民訟以狀白庠，願聞於朝，督茶吏路玠盜𫝊郵而藏之，庠具奏其事，且言𣙜茶害逺，方請重黜玠，而稷方主玠，論庠越職，故有是詔。 三司乞量増在京酒行麴錢，於年額減麴三十萬觔，遇閏年増造萬觔均給，從之。 熈河路經畧司張詵乞下監司收捕遊邊人𫝊，押歸本貫。詔經略司發遣，許人告，賞錢百千，犯者不用，䕃官員具案聞奏。 |
