16  | 丁卯，河東路經畧使韓絳言：「河外三州并緣邊堡寨，未役功料甚衆，全闕廂軍，乞募禁軍修完。從之，仍令更刷本路廂軍，及候澶州塞河役兵囬，併力修築，如功料浩大，即俟農隙更差雇保丁。 三司言太醫局熟藥所熈寧九年六月開局，至十年六月收息錢二萬五千餘緡，其息計倍。詔監官、光祿寺丞程公孫、殿直朱道濟減磨勘三年，依條給賞，自今二年一比較。 詔：「熈寧九年，進士、諸科並依六年指揮試律令或斷案注官，累試不中，不能就試，即滿二年注官」。 |
