22  | 辛巳，命西上閤門副使張山甫、入內東頭供奉、勾當內東門司馮宗道，同案閲京東西將下馬歩諸軍武藝，以上批「依開封府界例特差」故也。 詔永興軍等路提舉司，據未經方田均稅縣分，并已經方田，因民被訴，曽差官定奪，委實不均縣分。如夏熟秋苗滋茂，可見豐稔次第，即一面依方量均稅條，差官體量訖，前期一月，申中書取㫖。 又詔：「故西天譯經三藏、鴻臚卿日成，賜諡曰闡教，仍依法䕶例遺恩。度僧七人，恵辯院嵗増度僧一人」。 詔：「自今諸寺、監丞差通判以上資序人，如係知縣人，即充主簿，權發遣丞事」。 上批：「鄜延路新團諸將及分定守禦堡寨，所闗噐甲什物，係軍噐監、轉運司應副者，宜指揮自經略司申牒到，限半年內應副」。癸未，判司農寺蔡確請令三局丞、主簿不妨職事，兼刪修本寺條例，從之。 詔河東陜西經略司，指揮，縁邊城寨探刺夏人，過設備豫，以上批「秉常始親國事，今秋㸃集甚嚴，又鄜延、麟、府界間有遊騎出沒，羌情難測，戰守之具，宜早有分畫」故也。 詔鎮安軍節度推官、知澶州衛南縣李夷白循一資，以靈平埽闕草夷白市十餘萬束應用，都水監乞優與推恩。中書擬理為勞績，而上批：「夷白所買草數，不足多賞，然聞濟一時急用，實為有功，可特循資」。 |
