25  | 庚寅，知禮院、大理寺丞、集賢校理曽肇兼修國史院編修官。肇奏：「臣史學不如臣兄鞏，乞囬所授」。不聽。 詔三司勘㑹江南西路轉運司，如去年糧綱起發已辦，宜免折變現錢外，仍下發運司具析於六路敷錢不均，及併差官在江南西路剗刷因依以聞」。初，有㫖聽發運司據逐路未運糧百萬石折變見錢，而江西轉運司訴以年額轉漕已足，兼朝㫖令於六路均折變，而發運司乃獨敷本路以六十萬石，又別遣官起本路見錢，靡有孑遺，違編敕量留凖備糴置三年芻糧之法，故有是詔。又詔廣西提舉司，應、桂、昭、賔、象、梧、藤、龔、潯、貴、橫等州，昨運糧充夫之家，第一、第二等以上更放一料，役錢二分，第三等放一料五分，第四、第五等以下，全放兩料。辛夘，詔：「自今武臣遥郡以上，乞分司，如歴任不因戰功轉官，及不曽任管軍及橫行，並除南班官分司」。 詔：「澶定州、大名府封樁草計置久未畢，可令大名府通判馬獻卿、澶州通判梁彥明、定州通判楊景芬，計㑹元計置官，以未足數及時糴買，仍令逐路安撫司催促，其元差勾當官並罷」。 又詔：「昨呂恵卿重分畫鄜延將兵條約等，並已施行，今差徐禧徃環慶路，分畫將兵，令與逐路經略司，依詳鄜延路所定條約措置，如內有事理不同，及別與恵卿計議事件，即具奏聞，仍劄與逐路照㑹」。 又詔張山甫就便徃亳州按閲見團結，訓練諸軍。 |
