26  | 癸丑，復太常少卿、知澶州韓璹為右諫議大夫，仍再任。璹先坐失舉人追官一期當敘，而知諫院黃履言璹治郡，又治決河，最有功，故有是命。 上批：「瀘州蠻乞弟雖蕞爾小醜，不足深憂，然彼方武備不修，兵力疲軟，守具殘缺，使賊知我虛實，猖狂豕突，過江即便，至瀘州城下，或守吏寡謀，小有差跌，則一路惶駭，旁郡兵既難於救援，邂逅之間，遂成巨患，今雖從京已發歩軍兩指揮，然道里遼逺，到未有期，可就近選發秦鳳路下畨土軍歩人兩指揮」。 |
