5  | 元豐三年十一月己丑朔，翰林天文院言：日食，雲隂不見。又言：「巳時六刻，雲開見日，不及所食分數。宰臣王珪等上表賀。辛卯，詔：提舉教習馬軍所見教諸將下馬軍兵級，除巳得精熟引見訖發遣外，其後來續教到事，藝成就人，宜令具姓名人數聞奏。聽㫖呈騐訖，遣還本將下」。甲午，詔御史六員、令三員，分頭察案，三員専言事。 提舉河北路義勇保甲、兼提㸃刑獄司言：「知相州、朝議大夫劉航，到官半年，已在優課。近朝㫖修置集教場，航日在役所，勸督規畫，兩月而畢，室宇什器，一一精至，比之他處大省功費，本司已繢圖牒，諸州為法。航又勸諭民兵赴場簡閱，莫不踴躍待選，及詔誘義勇軍員與保正附保人投狀，願教閱者不少，內外帖然，無驚擾畏避者，伏望旌其異效，以勸諸郡」。詔降勅奬諭，仍賜銀絹。 荊湖南路安撫司乞依湖北沅州例，募禁軍同丁夫建築郡州溪峒城寨，從之。 提舉河東路義勇保甲司言：願習學武藝人約束，乞依義勇、節級大保長法」。從之，仍令河北、陜西凖此。 |
