8  | 壬寅，詔㑹校諸路馬不出牧，以嵗入地租，除補還轉運司所費草粟價直外，餘並合入羣牧司，兼轉運司已承認積欠及嵗額等錢，宜下羣牧司置簿，以時舉催勾收。癸卯，河北沿邉安撫司奏：「信安軍地分界，河內，有北人漁船，知軍王惟純指揮約欄，須管卻入元出來鹿角口內，而北人益以人馬，卻要向下去，以致各曽放箭。本司勘㑹，惟純雖是用心，縁未中理，若因此特有行遣，又慮北人別致生事，兼勘㑹界河北岸，通連北界，河港不一，乞今後婉順說諭，如離元出口子已逺，止令於近便口港回歸，免致引惹爭鬬」。從之。 |
