19  | 丙午，翰林學士、右正言、知審官東院章惇為右諫議大夫、參知政事。 知陳州、左諫議大夫、史館修撰安燾知審官東院，仍為濮安懿王夫人，遷䕶使。 三司言駙馬都尉李瑋昨責授郴州團練使，陳州安置，誤給見任團練使俸祿，當追納。詔蠲之。 詳定朝㑹儀注所言：「唐尚書戶部主貢物，大朝㑹則陳之。國朝舊儀，元正朝賀所陳貢物，僅存其名，蓋有司之闕，謹稽案圖誌，推原州郡物産之所宜，輕重多寡，稍為條次」。又言：「夏書》，冀州以帝都入，榖不貢，異於餘州。唐書地理志：京兆、河南府皆有貢，今開封府雖不列於諸州，亦宜復土貢」。並從之，仍詔貢物應買者給省錢，偶無者聽以他物代，並遞夫傳送。 都大提舉導洛通汴宋用臣言：「洛水入汴至淮，河道甚有濶處，水行散漫，故多淺澁，乞計工料修狹」。從之。後用臣上狹河六百里，為二十一萬六千步，詔給坊場錢二十餘萬緡，仍伐並河林木，以足梢樁之費。 |
