12  | 庚辰，鄜延路經畧司言：「劉紹能等覘知夏國主秉常為李郎君所說，招誘漢界倡婦樂人，其國母置酒，誘執李郎君等殺之」。詔備録劄與王中正照㑹，應諸路奏到上件事凖此。 御史宇文昌齡言：「近以六察之法不加於中書、樞宻院，嘗具敷奏，未䝉指揮。臣竊以中書、樞宻院為廢置予奪賞罰號令之津要，闗制繩糾，尤宜加察」。又言：「六察之法，行於有司，而不行於中書、樞宻院，是委大綱、治細目、縱豺狼、搏狐䑕也，望檢㑹前奏施行」。不報。壬午，侍御史知雜事舒亶言：「執政大臣接見賓客，已有約束，而子弟往還，㸔謁交接，賓友未之禁止，實於事體未安」。詔中書立法，其後立法：執政官在京，本宗有服親，非職相干及親屬不得往還㸔謁，違者并往還之人，各杖一百。 御史豐稷言：「權判刑部陳睦令議官代書法狀欺慢之罪，㑹降原減。案睦酣酒自逸，臨事屢昬，官屬辨明，輕肆忿怒，刑法之任，尤非所長，乞改授睦一閑慢差遣」。不報。 |
