5  | 元豐四年夏四月己未，提舉京城所言：「京城下剏初營葺課利，毎歲定收十二萬緡，元管勾官吏，乞賜優奬，自今每年止收及十二萬緡，更不酬奬」。詔催驅課利，㸃檢收納。供備副使董嘉言遷西京左藏庫副使，提舉宋用臣賜宅基一所，勾當使臣遷資減磨勘年有差。庚申，編修諸路學制王震言：「郡國之吏，狃於故常，錢穀簿書，實知從事，受法之始，惟在推行，恐非俗吏所能通辦，願自朝廷選可使者，分行諸路，措置大畧，然後授成於部使者，郡太守，則法行而通，無復牴牾矣」。詔候法成取㫖。辛酉，入內供奉官王懐正差管押軍噐往瀘州，欲不停，見勾當後苑西作，別給驛劵，上批：「瀘州道路半在陜西，與廣南不同，可止依條給驛劵，或本任添支入內省取問懐，正妄陳乞以聞」。 録故殿直韋城等縣廵檢趙稹子安民為三班差使。初，稹與賊鬬，傷而死，其妻乞恩，樞宻院言開封府界提㸃司奏稹不能捍禦，已先衝替，然因傷致死，乞特推恩故也。 承議郎胡宗炎言：「夷門山在大內東北當陽之位，為都城形勝之所，國姓王氣所在，公私取土於此，岡阜漸成坑塹。伏望禁止及填塞掘鑿處」。司天監定如宗炎所言，從之。 |
