13  | 丁丑，河東路經畧司言，豐州弓箭手沈興等二人為西人所執，已牒理索。詔諸路已議進兵攻討，其嚴飭邊備，如有擄去人口，更勿行牒。 沈括奏曲珍言西賊欄截糧草，殺獲首級，上批：「鄜延路近邊諸將出界，今已漸抽回，其有斬獲賊首及傷中之人，宜速推賞，以伸信士卒，可下經畧司，并下种諤，候諸將回入漢地，即從行司專差官，厚以酒食犒賞漢蕃將士，所招頭首，如當補授，即書填空名宣劄給付。河東依此」。 上批：「近差措置麟府路軍馬王中正兼管鄜延、環慶、涇原軍馬，止謂未出界以前，與逐路帥臣將官議定進兵月日及軍行所向，其出界後，王中正止令遵稟宣命，節制鄜延一路諸將兵，其環慶、涇原，朝廷自專委髙遵裕節制，中正更不當干預。慮中正未審宣命，出界之後，猶欲節制涇原、環慶之師，致分畫責任，臨時攙搶，令王中正細詳宣命施行，毋得侵越，俟先下興靈，方依畫一，總六路軍馬節制」。 是日，李憲總領七軍至西市新城，遇賊約二萬餘騎，官軍掩擊敗之，擒首領三人，殺獲首領二十餘人，斬二千餘級，奪馬五百餘匹。戊寅，詔涇原路經畧司：「本路兵悉出界，更不赴涇原，其本路兵當用糧草丁夫，令髙遵裕牒涇原轉運司照㑹」。詔：「已指揮將來出界涇原兵，聽髙遵裕節制，縁涇原廣濶，利進大兵，本路止是團結諸將，未嘗益兵出戰，軍馬不名，慮出界遇賊難驅逐，令遵裕相度，以環慶兵取涇原路㑹合，或以涇原兵從環慶路㑹合出界進討，所貴氣勢益壯，易以破賊，所當用丁夫糧餉計，㑹兩路轉運司應副。 |
