17  | 戊申，詔門下省：「凡中書省、樞宻院文字應覆駮者，若干事體稍大，入狀論列，事小，即於繳狀內改正行下，若事不至大，雖不足論列，而其閒曲折難以繳狀內改正者，即具進呈，以應改正事，送中書省、樞宻院取㫖」。 大理寺勘斷市長謝元卿等罪不直不盡，詔御史臺劾罪以聞。 詔押賜董戩、官誥使种誼減磨勘四年，餘各減年、賜錢帛有差。監察御史王桓言：「大理寺被㫖根勘前羣牧使韓縝將本司公用物歸家，連其子宗恕，大理寺並不究其情，輒以恩原，不復結案，乞再送別司根治」。詔開封府根勘以聞。後宗恕差替，縝釋之。 前察訪荊湖路常平等事司勾當公事段詢減磨勘三年，賞根括水陸田四千一百餘頃也。 朝散郎、發運司糶糴斛斗鄭佶減磨勘三年，前西頭供奉官除名勒停，黃州編管人張從惠減一赦敘。並以甞幹當汴口，建議導洛入汴也。辛亥，分命輔臣祈雪。 |
