20  | 丁巳，賢妃周氏進位德妃，冀國大長公主進封魏國大長公主。 上批：「起居舎人王震諳曉吏文，即今全無職事。官制所擬修六曹敕令文字浩繁，詳定官安燾、崔台符，各有尚書省職務，不能專力，可差震同詳定」。 詔御史臺秋冬季差御史一員赴三省㸃檢諸房文字稽滯，毋得干預省事及見執政。 詔：六年正旦御殿用新樂。 右騏驥副使、知瀘州張克明言：「瀘州地方千里，夷夏雜居，近者白崖囤、落婆逺等生夷並為王民，既供租賦，或相侵犯，未有條約，一以敕律繩之，或恐生事。臣欲乞應瀘州生夷如與華人相犯，並用敕律，同類相犯，即比附黔州蠻五等罰法」。從之。 詔：「景靈宮繪像臣僚，本支下兩房以上，取無人食祿者，如俱無人食祿，或俱有人食，祿均者取最長未均即食祿人，少者取最長，仍以子孫為次敘。若子孫亦係繪像本房，見無人食祿，即便不問別房應推恩人願與以次及別房者聽」。 詔龍猛都指揮使謝有換文思使。先是，殿前司體量有武藝，不堪換授，上曰：「朕記邊臣有言其材勇者，可體究」。又詔樞宻覆視，皆言年雖五十餘，委有心力，故有是命。 |
